This Privacy Policy explains how Murat Aydın (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile games and apps (the “Apps”).

• We do not sell your personal data.
• Our Apps are designed to work without collecting personal information unless a feature requires it.
• In‑App Purchases may be processed by Apple using StoreKit.

2) Information We May Collect

Depending on the App and the features you use, we may process:

• Support communications: If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
• Purchase/entitlement status: If you buy Premium features, payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment details. We may receive information required to unlock Premium entitlements (e.g., whether a purchase is active/valid).
• On‑device information: Apps may store preferences and game settings locally on your device (e.g., language, theme). This data stays on your device unless the App explicitly provides cloud sync.

3) Tracking & Advertising

• Our Apps do not include third‑party advertising SDKs.
• We do not track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

4) Analytics & Crash Reporting

Unless an App explicitly states otherwise, we do not use third‑party analytics or crash reporting services that collect personal data. If we add such services, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures.

5) How We Use Information

We use information only to:

• Provide and maintain the Apps (including unlocking Premium features),
• Respond to support requests,
• Improve reliability and fix issues (where applicable).

6) Sharing

We do not share personal information except:

• With service providers necessary to operate features (e.g., Apple’s In‑App Purchase infrastructure),
• When required by law or to protect rights and safety.

7) Data Retention

• Support emails may be retained as long as necessary to provide support and for reasonable recordkeeping.
• On‑device preferences remain until you delete the App or reset its data.

8) Your Rights

9) Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

10) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, when required, update App Store disclosures.
