Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mobile games and apps (the “Apps”) provided by Murat Aydın (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

1) License

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non‑commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

2) Premium Features & In‑App Purchases

Some Apps may offer Premium features via In‑App Purchases.

  • Purchases are processed by Apple (or the relevant app store provider).
  • We do not handle your payment method details.
  • Premium access may be offered as a subscription or a one‑time purchase, depending on the App.

3) Subscriptions (If Offered)

If a subscription is offered:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
  • Refunds/cancellations are handled according to Apple’s policies.

4) Restore Purchases

Where available, you can use “Restore Purchases” to restore eligible purchases for the same Apple ID.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to bypass entitlement checks (except where permitted by law),
  • Use the Apps for illegal purposes or to violate others’ rights.

6) Intellectual Property

The Apps and all related content (code, design, graphics, text, trademarks) are owned by Murat Aydın or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7) Disclaimers

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murat Aydın will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Apps.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
